FASTORQ AutoSpreaders are simple to use. Just by placing the
AutoSpreader jaws between the flange faces and turning the
ratcheted handle or pumping the handle on the hydraulic model,
you get 10,000 pounds of spreading force in one pass. Perfect for
lifting, leveling, lowering, and aligning. AutoSpreader’s are a great
choice when safety and strength are needed.

Built like the 95-525 POP-IT
Tool, the HD-0535 is designed
for spreading much larger and
more rigid flanges, as well as
lifting heavy equipment. The
HD can spread or lift 30,000
pounds up to 5.25” or 20,000
pounds up to 8.5”
The 95-525 POP-IT Tool is
used for both flange spreading
and equipment lifting. The 95-
525 can spread or lift 10,000
pounds up to 5.5” with 120
pounds of force at the ratchet
handle. The 95-525 holds its
spread without drifting.
